Necrophos
Rotund'jere, a plague-mage who grows stronger as disease spreads.
Necrophos is a ranged Intelligence hero in Dota 2 who heals allies while damaging enemies. Death Pulse sends out a wave that does both, Ghost Shroud makes him ethereal, and Heartstopper Aura saps nearby foes. His ultimate, Reaper's Scythe, deals damage based on how much health a target is missing.
Background
During a great plague the monk Rotund'jere rose to cardinal when his superiors died, then used the crisis to grab dying nobles' lands. Found guilty of heresy, he was cursed and sent to the plague ward, but the sickness fed him instead and he became the Necrophos.
