Lycan

Banehallow, a noble's son turned into a wolf by a vengeful king.

Lycan is a melee Dota 2 hero who pushes lanes and carries. Summon Wolves calls a pack of wolves, Howl lowers the armour and attack damage of nearby enemies, and Feral Impulse raises the damage and regeneration of Lycan and his units. His ultimate, Shapeshift, turns him into a fast wolf form that lands critical strikes.

Background

Banehallow's family, the house of Ambry, rebelled against the King of Slom and was destroyed. The king had his magicians turn the boy into a wolf and ordered him to kill his own father, but Banehallow turned on his captors instead and fought his way free.
