Undying

The herald of the Dead God, who rises again whenever he falls.

Undying is a melee Strength hero in Dota 2 played as a durable support. Decay steals strength from nearby enemies, Soul Rip heals allies or damages foes, and Tombstone raises a grave that spawns zombies. His ultimate, Flesh Golem, turns him into a large monster.

Background

He was a knight thrown into the pit of the Dead God with his brothers, where hunger and madness took them. The Dead God's Dirge filled his mind, and instead of destroying him the god gave him a purpose: to spread the Dirge and lead the dead against the living.
