The series premiere: Danny's new powers and a furious Lunch Lady Ghost.
"Mystery Meat" is the first episode of Danny Phantom. Danny has only just gained his ghost powers and cannot yet control them, while Sam has talked the school into an ultra-recyclo-vegetarian lunch menu that angers the other students and a ghostly lunch lady.

Background
The episode opens with Jack showing his ghost-hunting gear to Danny, Sam and Tucker in the basement lab when the Fenton Ghost Portal releases two ectopuses, which Danny drives off without his father noticing. At breakfast his arm turns intangible, and his parents' new Fenton Finder keeps pointing at him. At school the menu change brings out the Lunch Lady Ghost, who uses the school's stock of meat to wreck the place, while Sam and Tucker hold rival vegetarian and pro-meat protests.
