Zephrah is the city of the Air Ashari and the home of Keyleth, the half-elf druid of Vox Machina. By the time of Critical Role's third campaign, Keyleth is its leader.

Vox Machina teleports to Zephrah during the first campaign. Years before the third campaign an assassination took place there, and Orym of the Air Ashari suspects that an attempt on his own life, which he recently survived, is related to it.
Reader's Guide
In campaign three the Bells Hells reach Zephrah by teleporting with Imogen's Staff of Dark Odyssey, only to be ambushed by Air Ashari of Orym's own tribe. The fighting stops once Orym's sister-in-law recognizes him, and an escort brings the party to Keyleth.
