Lore & Background
SyFy Wire described Marquet as home to massive deserts, mountains and even a volcano. Its cities include the desert city of Ank'Harel and Jrusar, the capital of the Oderan Wilds. In the first campaign Vox Machina meets Taryon Darrington while travelling to Ank'Harel.
Reader's Guide
Ank'Harel is also the destination of the adventure book Call of the Netherdeep, which leads players from Xhorhas to the city. In campaign three one of the Ruby Vanguard's Malleus Keys stands in Marquet.
