Britannia's Second Princess and the army's commander.
Cornelia li Britannia is the Second Princess of the Holy Britannian Empire and Commander-in-Chief of its Imperial Army, a highly skilled Knightmare pilot. After conquering the Middle Eastern Area 18 she becomes Viceroy of Area 11 when Clovis is killed.

Character
Decisive and blunt, she distrusts foreigners, even Honorary Britannians, and prefers to win without them. Her weak spot is her sister Euphemia, whose safety she puts ahead of her own objectives. Her personal knight is Gilbert G.P. Guilford, commander of the Glaston Knights.
Story
In Area 11 she crushes every rebel group except Zero's Black Knights. After Euphemia's death she learns that Zero is Lelouch. Following the Black Rebellion Britannia lists her as missing in action while she goes underground to expose Geass and clear Euphemia's name.
