The Ōtsutsuki who hunts the Tailed Beasts' chakra in the Boruto anime.
Urashiki Ōtsutsuki is an Ōtsutsuki in the Boruto anime. After reporting on the planet Kaguya settled on, he is left on his own when Momoshiki and Kinshiki are defeated and goes after the Tailed Beasts' chakra, starting with Shukaku.

Lore & Background
He confronts Toneri on the moon and attacks Gaara, who still carries traces of Shukaku's chakra. Gaara uses most of his chakra to trap him with Shukaku's help, but Urashiki breaks free and later ambushes Boruto and Shinki. He also tries to steal the Nine-Tails' chakra from Naruto and fails, and in the end Boruto, Naruto, Jiraiya and Sasuke join forces to kill him.
