The eye Toneri Ōtsutsuki awakens in The Last.
The Tenseigan is the eye power at the centre of The Last: Naruto the Movie. Toneri Ōtsutsuki, of Hamura's line, transplants Hanabi Hyuga's eyes into himself to acquire the Tenseigan created from his ancestors' sealed eyes, and its chakra cloak lets him slice the moon in half.
