Lore & Background
Neji Hyuga refined his Gentle Fist and devised variations that fixed flaws such as the blind spot in his Byakugan. In the Boruto era, Himawari Uzumaki awakens the Byakugan, and Isshiki Ōtsutsuki uses one in his fight with Naruto until Sasuke blinds it with a smoke bomb; the Foundation's underground headquarters is built from a substance that blocks its vision.
