Ghostfreak
A spectral entity trapped within the Omnitrix seeking freedom.
Ghostfreak is one of the first forms of Ben Tennyson's Omnitrix, an Ectonurite. The DNA sample came from Zs'Skayr, an Ectonurite high king of the Anur system who was scanned into the Omnitrix by accident while searching for it and whose consciousness stayed trapped inside. He debuts in the original series episode "Permanent Retirement", and Steve Blum voices him.

Lore & Background
In "Ghostfreaked Out" Ben has nightmares about Ghostfreak, and when he next activates the Omnitrix the form breaks out of it. Ghostfreak sheds his second layer of skin, reveals himself as Zs'Skayr and plans to possess Ben to gain control of the Omnitrix. After that Ben can no longer turn into Ghostfreak, and from the third season the opening credits show Cannonbolt in his place. Zs'Skayr returns as an enemy, and the form is available to Ben again in Alien Force.
