Narn Regime
Once enslaved by the Centauri, the Narn are now governed by the Kha'Ri council on Narn Prime.
The Narn Regime is the government of the Narn, one of the five dominant civilisations of the Babylon 5 universe alongside Humans, Centauri, Minbari and Vorlons. Like humanity a "young race", the Narn were once occupied and enslaved by the Centauri, and the harsh methods of that occupation left them with a deep hatred of their former masters. The Centauri also fostered the widespread image of the Narn as primitive and barbaric. On their homeworld, Narn Prime, the Narn are led by the Kha'Ri council.

Lore & Background
The Narn venerate philosopher prophets and take strength from a number of holy writings, the best known of them The Book of G'Quan. Tall and stocky, they are bald, with yellowish skin mottled with brown or green spots; though they look reptilian, they are marsupials and presumably mammals.
