In one Pinky and the Brain episode he tries to create an army of Brain clones, but Pinky's DNA gets mixed into the process and the result is a single mouse who is the genetic child of both, named "Roman Numeral One", or Romy for short. In another he builds a cloning machine to raise an army that will take over the world through Celtic dance. Pinky feeds in a picture of himself by mistake and gets his own cloned dance troupe, the two sets of dancers have a dance-off, and the Brain's clones turn on him before the whole plan is revealed to be a dream.
Reader's Guide
In the 2020 Animaniacs revival the two mice go missing and clones of them turn up in their place: Pinky and the Brain have built a cloning machine to fool the public while they pursue world domination. The clones do not match their personalities and melt, and Pinky accidentally destroys the machine.
