Plot
Gary Gulliver and his dog Tagg are shipwrecked on an island while on a treasure hunting voyage with Gary's father. The island is the kingdom of Lilliput, whose inhabitants are only a few inches tall. After being captured, Gary and Tagg befriend the Lilliputians and, with their help, search for Gary's missing father. A subplot involves a map Gary's father hid inside Tagg's collar before the shipwreck. The villain Captain Leech repeatedly tries to steal the map.
