Belkan War (1995)

On March 25, 1995, the Belkan Army invaded and occupied Sapin's northwestern areas.[2] By May 13, Sapin together with the Allied Forces pushed the Belkans out and started an attack into Belka.[2] After June 6, Sapin's military accepted a ceasefire, and its representatives attended the Lumen peace accords signing on June 20.[2] Espada Team and Escudo Squadron from the Sapin Air Force flew patrols over the peace ceremony's airspace.[2]

A World With No Boundaries uprising

After the war, some Sapinish military personnel, including Espada Team, defected to the rebel organization A World With No Boundaries.[3]

Government

A king or queen inherits the throne of Sapin via primogeniture.[4]

Trivia

Sapin is regarded as an allegory of Spain, with its name being an anagram of "Spain" and its cities using Spanish nominatives.[5]
