Lore & Background
It began as a group of young supporters who met on ramp 18 of the popular sectors of the San Siro, wearing Milan's colours and bringing flags and confetti; the name came from the nickname of Milan's old stadium. The Fossa dei Leoni and the wider Curva Sud Milano kept politics away from football, often displaying the banner "ne rossi ne neri, solo rossoneri". After a conflict with other groups its leaders dissolved it in 2005, and former members founded Guerrieri Ultras Curva Sud Milano on 31 December 2005. Its hymn is set to the musical theme of the 1966 Italian film For Love and Gold.
