The animated series "The Haunted House" expanded into film with its first movie, The Secret of the Cave, which Kim Byung-gab directed and which came out on July 25, 2018. Byeon Young-Kyu took over directing duties for the second film, The Sky Goblin VS Jormungandr, released on December 19, 2019, and returned for the third, The Dimensional Goblin and the Seven Worlds, which hit theaters on December 14, 2022. A fourth film, The Haunted House Special: Red Eyed Reaper, compiled episodes from the show's fifth season; Park Hong-geun directed it, and it debuted exclusively at CGV on August 14, 2024.

The series itself became available on the streaming service TVING in 2021, which also hosted a special episode called The Vampire of Light and the Child of Darkness, released on December 22, 2021. Another special, Joseon Exorcism Annals, aired from July 14 to July 21, 2023, spanning four two-part episodes. A third special, also titled Red Eyed Reaper, came out on August 14, 2024. A live-action adaptation titled Remember, Hari premiered on Tooniverse on August 2, 2018, running for 12 episodes through September 7, 2018; its second season followed from February 15 to April 5, 2019, with 8 episodes.

A separate live-action series, Hearts and Hari, aired from January 17 to March 21, 2020, totaling 12 episodes. On the gaming side, the mobile simulation game Ghost Signal launched on Android on December 12, 2019, and on iOS on January 9, 2020, published by RHAON. The mobile RPG The Haunted House: Soul Fighters arrived on Android on April 7, 2020, via publisher Move Interactive. Two more mobile games, Archer Kang-lim and Time Zero, were both published by 3F Factory; the former hit Android and iOS on May 5, 2020, while the latter followed on March 25, 2023, for both platforms. A webtoon manhwa based on the series began on Naver Webtoon on January 29, 2026.
