The SandWing Succession War

The War of SandWing Succession, also called the Great War, was fought between three heirs for the throne of the Kingdom of Sand in Wings of Fire. It began nearly twenty years before The Dragonet Prophecy and drew in every Pyrrhian tribe except the RainWings, who knew nothing of it, and the NightWings, who were secretly allied with Blister. It is the backdrop of the first five books.
