Plot
On Mars, a battle wages between the race of mice, known as the Martian Freedom Fighters, and the invading Catatonian Empire. Both sides fight for control of the Regenerator, a machine that can terraform Mars to create a safe haven for all mice. The Catatonians wish to claim it to take over the planet. Freedom Fighter General Stoker is the only one who knows how to build the Regenerator, so he is not on the battlefield but on Earth looking for molecules vital to its construction. The mice later lose contact with Stoker, so another general, Carbine, sends the Biker Mice from Mars. They land in Chicago and meet Charley Davidson, who runs the Last Chance Garage, which becomes their base. The Catatonians, led by General Hairball and Cataclysm, come to Earth searching for Stoker to ensure their claim on the Regenerator. Evil billionaire Ronaldo Rump also seeks Stoker, as he owns a Regenerator of his own that is running low on power. The player takes on the role of Throttle, Vinnie, or Modo, moving through boss battles and other levels.
