The Mk-NDI hand grenade, four to a pocket.
The grenade in the Uncharted series is the Mk-NDI, a hand grenade that appears throughout the games and seems to be modelled on the M67. Nathan Drake can carry at most four at a time, and a thrown grenade gives off a red glow so its position is easy to see. In Drake's Deception, Nate can also throw enemy grenades back.

Background
Grenades work best against enemies bunched together, and they are useful for driving foes out of cover or blowing that cover apart. Enemies use them the same way, especially when the player hangs back from the fight.
