Background
Before the Day of the Thousand Suns it lay on France's eastern border, south of Belgium. The Castle Red, seat of its duke, stood in its northern region on Mount Honas until it was destroyed by a Builder's Sun. In Prince of Thorns King Olidan sends Jorg Ancrath against the Castle Red and its lord, Merl Gellethar, Duke of Gelleth.
