Manual

A Mechanical Eye can be used to call The Twins between 7:30 PM and 4:30 AM.[2]

Eyes

Retinazer has a red iris and fires lasers, while Spazmatism has a green iris and shoots Cursed Flames.[3]

First phase

In the first phase, Retinazer fires purple Eye Lasers and charges four times, while Spazmatism fires Cursed Flames and charges ten times.[4]

Second phase

When an eye's health drops below 40%, it enters a second phase with increased defense and new attack patterns.[5] In the second phase, Retinazer fires red Death Lasers with high accuracy, and Spazmatism becomes a mechanical mouth that spews Cursed Flames.[5] The Twins leave if dawn arrives, every player dies, or they travel too far from the screen.[5]

Trivia

Retinazer's name combines retina and laser, while Spazmatism's name combines spasm and astigmatism.[6]
