The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department is the county law-enforcement agency in Sons of Anarchy. It works alongside the San Joaquin County Correctional Facility from the fourth season to the final one and runs a Charming-Morada sub-station.

Its officers include Sheriff Moore and Lieutenant Althea Jarry, who heads the Charming-Morada sub-station, along with deputies Candy Eglee, Jenkins, Carreira and Martinez. Eli Roosevelt, a former lieutenant of the sub-station, is shot by Juice Ortiz, who also kills Deputy Hayes. Wayne Unser works with the department as a consultant until Jax Teller kills him. Other former officers include Cane, killed by the Aryan Brotherhood, Vic Trammel, killed by Venus Bell, and Saunders, killed by Russell Meineke.
