Arpeggio
The flightless parrot who leads the Klaww Gang and wants to become Clockwerk.
Arpeggio is a parrot and the leader of the Klaww Gang in Sly 2: Band of Thieves (2004), voiced by Sam Mowry. He ends up with the parts of the destroyed Clockwerk and has the mechanical owl rebuilt.

He often attends the opera in London, and his inability to fly drove him to become a skilled mechanic, his role in the gang. Jean Bison sold him the Clockwerk parts he found in the gang's lair.
