Lore & Background
Looking for a robotics combat expert beyond his own abilities, Bentley met Penelope online. She challenged the gang to impress her by beating her boss, the Black Baron; when Sly won, the Black Baron turned out to be Penelope in costume, a persona she had used to get around the competition's minimum age. She then joined the gang.
Reader's Guide
In Thieves in Time she turned on the gang, believing that Sly and his values of honour were a bad influence on Bentley and that she and Bentley together could rule the world. She gave Cyrille Le Paradox a way to travel through time and was unmasked as the tyrant Black Knight.
