With help from Coyote, a bartender and shadowrunner fighting the makers of BTL chips, the runner finds the Ripper is an elf named Silas Forsberg, whose victims all carried organs transplanted from Sam's mother. After Silas is killed, it emerges that Sam's twin sister Jessica Watts directed the murders.
