The Philadelphia Flyers are a professional ice hockey team based in Philadelphia. They compete in the National Hockey League (NHL) Eastern Conference's Metropolitan Division. Since their inaugural season in 1967, the team has played its home games on Broad Street in South Philadelphia, first at the Spectrum from 1967 to 1996 and then at the Xfinity Mobile Arena since 1996.
