Personal life

Casiño was involved in a controversy with ex-girlfriend Andi Eigenmann. Eigenmann was reportedly nearly five months pregnant on June 29, 2011, and stated that the father was her first boyfriend, with Casiño among those suspected. Eigenmann's then boyfriend Jake Ejercito denied paternity, and Casiño's mother neither confirmed nor denied it. Eigenmann's father Mark Gil hinted that the father was her first and only boyfriend and said Ejercito was not the father. After a five-year dispute, in September 2016, Eigenmann's sister confirmed in a podcast that Ejercito was the father, stating a paternity test had been taken without Casiño's knowledge. In August 2015, Casiño revealed his battle with ADHD, citing it as a reason for leaving ABS-CBN. He entered the Pinoy Big Brother house in the 2021 Celebrity edition and discussed his ADHD struggles, which contributed to an altercation with fellow housemate Alexa Ilacad; his reclusive personality led to his eviction. Casiño was in a relationship with model Michelle Arceo from 2016 to 2019 and has been with Michelina since 2023. On June 12, 2024, he announced that Michelina had given birth to their son Roman Andrew on April 28; the couple became engaged in 2025. On May 4, 2012, Eigenmann saw Casiño at a bar in Makati and reportedly threw wine on his face and slapped him. After Casiño went to the restroom to clean up, he and a friend were purportedly followed and assaulted in the parking lot by Eigenmann's companions, including Frank Magalona and Jeck-Jeck Lacson, until a bouncer stopped the commotion.
