Fear Factor Malaysia is a Malaysian adaptation of the American stunt-based reality competition series Fear Factor. It originally premiered on NTV7 on 27 August 2005 and ran for seven years before being discontinued. The series was later relaunched as Fear Factor Selebriti Malaysia on 29 December 2012, shifting to a celebrity-focused format.

Season 2 (Celebrity Edition)
After a six-year hiatus, Fear Factor Malaysia returned as Fear Factor Selebriti Malaysia, hosted by actor Aaron Aziz. The season featured 30 celebrities from various occupations, who were later paired into 15 teams of two. The competition was filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, and consisted of 25 challenges; the weakest team each week was eliminated. The winning team, Dazrin & Hairul, received a cash prize of RM200,000, and an additional RM10,000 was awarded weekly to the best overall performer. Contestants' ages were recorded during taping in 2012. A color-coded results system indicated outcomes: gold for winners, silver for runners-up, green for best weekly performance, purple for challenge winners, blue for top weekly chart placement, orange for worst safe performance, dark yellow for withdrawal due to injury, pink for saved elimination, and red for elimination.
