Priority: Tuchanka is a Mass Effect 3 mission in which Shepard escorts Eve to the Shroud, a salarian-built tower on Tuchanka, so that a cure for the genophage can be dispersed into the planet's atmosphere. The Clan Urdnot leader, Wrex or Wreav, insists on the cure as the price of a krogan treaty with the turians, while the salarian Dalatrass secretly reveals that the Shroud has been sabotaged and offers salarian support if Shepard lets the krogan believe the cure was deployed. Shepard uses the ancient Maw Hammers to summon the thresher maw Kalros, which drags the Reaper guarding the Shroud beneath the surface, and then either lets Mordin Solus (or Padok Wiks) deploy the cure or keeps it sabotaged.
