Onin

A mute soothsayer of Haven City who speaks through Pecker.

Onin is a support character in Jak II and Jak 3. An elderly soothsayer, she relies on her interpreter Pecker to translate the sign language she uses together with a kind of magic, which Samos Hagai can apparently read as well. She knew of Jak's special abilities when he arrived in Haven City.
