Damas is the king of Spargus, the Wastelander city in Jak 3. In the game's prologue he finds Jak, Daxter and Pecker unconscious in the desert, brings them to Spargus and makes the pair earn their place there. He once ruled Haven City from the House of Mar before Baron Praxis betrayed and deposed him and banished him to the Wasteland. Late in the game he dies when a Dark Maker blast overturns the vehicle Jak is driving; with his last words he asks Jak to find his lost son Mar, and Jak realises that Damas was his father.
