Pecker
A moncaw who speaks for Onin and later advises Damas of Spargus.
Pecker is a character in Jak II, Jak 3 and Jak X: Combat Racing, and the only moncaw (a monkey-macaw hybrid) in the series. He first appears as the interpreter for Onin, a mute, blind soothsayer in Haven City, later serves for a time as adviser to Damas, king of Spargus, in the Wasteland, and a year after that works as a co-host.
