Coalition of Planets

The Coalition of Planets is an alliance of alien civilizations in the Invincible comics that came together to keep the Viltrumites from taking over the universe. It was founded by Thaedus, a Viltrumite who opposed his people's conquests. Mark Grayson meets its agent Allen the Alien, originally a Champion Evaluation Officer who tested the powered heroes of each planet to find a champion able to defeat a Viltrumite; Allen later comes to Earth to recruit Mark and Nolan. After Thragg kills Thaedus during the Coalition's failed sneak attack on Viltrum, Allen is promoted to lead the Coalition and commands it in the later war against Thragg and his Thraxan-Viltrumite hybrid army. Its members include Space Racer, a technopath who wields the Infinity Ray.
