Cyber Citizen Shockman 2: A New Menace
Arnold and Sonya face a new alien empire.
Winds developed this 1991 title for the TurboGrafx-16, with a North American release arriving in 1992 under the simpler name Shockman. This made it the sole entry in the Cyber Citizen Shockman series to see a contemporary Western release before Ratalaika Games later brought the entire series back to market.
