The GAMA hospital in the mountains of northern Japan.
Hokkaido, Japan's second largest island, is the setting of Situs Inversus, the final mission of HITMAN, and of the Patient Zero campaign; HITMAN 2 added the Hokkaido Snow Festival there. The level is the GAMA Private Hospital, a high-tech clinic in the mountains.

Background
In Situs Inversus the ICA sends 47, under the alias Tobias Rieper, to kill Erich Soders, who sold ICA secrets to Providence for a heart transplant at GAMA, and the Providence Herald Yuki Yamazaki, sent to collect a list of active ICA agents. The map appears to be based on the mountains around Lake Shikotsu, with Mount Eniwa or Mount Yotei in the background, and it is the only World of Assassination location to get a new mission outside its original game.
