Background
The disguise lets 47 into the emergency bay, the outdoor employee area of the Kronstadt Paddock, the parking garage apart from its security office, the Race Marshal area and the truck area, and it lets him tamper with the intravenous fluid in the medical bay. It drives the Intravenous mission story: after taking a Medic disguise and getting rid of the racer with urinary retention, the player can call Sierra Knox to the Emergency Bay for a revitalisation injection and give her a lethal dose of poison instead. The outfit appears in The Finish Line, A Silver Tongue, The Undying and The Undying Returns, and its challenges include Doctor 47, poisoning Knox's IV drip while disguised as a Medic, and Vitamin Overdose, making the medic kill her.
