Dr. No

Dr. Julius No is a member of SPECTRE, the global criminal organization, and a loyal agent who carries out its schemes from his personal island, Crab Key. In the game *GoldenEye: Rogue Agent*, he is the target of the protagonist's assassination mission, hired by Auric Goldfinger. Dr. No is modeled after Joseph Wiseman and was voiced by Carlos Alazraqui.

Dr. Julius No is a loyal agent of SPECTRE, the world's most powerful criminal organization. He operates from his personal island, Crab Key, carrying out the organization's evil schemes. In the game *GoldenEye: Rogue Agent*, Dr. No is the target of Auric Goldfinger's assassination plot, as Goldfinger seeks to eliminate a rival operative. Note: The backstory of Dr. No shooting the protagonist in the right eye is exclusive to *GoldenEye: Rogue Agent* and is not part of the original film or book canon.

In Their Own Story

The protagonist, an ex-MI6 agent, is recruited by Auric Goldfinger specifically to assassinate Dr. No. The agent is given a gold-hued cybernetic eye, earning him the codename 'GoldenEye', for this job. The final mission takes place on Crab Key, Dr. No's personal island. GoldenEye confronts Dr. No in his lair. During their duel, GoldenEye uses his mechanical eye to sabotage the island's nuclear reactor, causing it to electrocute Dr. No. Upon No's death, Goldfinger contacts GoldenEye and reveals he intends to take over the lair, leaving GoldenEye to die in the impending nuclear meltdown.

Reader's Guide

Dr. No appears as the primary antagonist of the game's story mode, serving as the target of the protagonist's assassination mission. He is not a playable character in the campaign. In the multiplayer mode, Dr. No is one of the locked skins that players can unlock by playing through Story Mode and earning Octopus tokens based on performance. Other locked skins include Oddjob and Xenia Onatopp. Dr. No*.
