Characters

Jeff is an athletic squirrel who formerly lived in Squirrel City and now occupies a cabin near the bakery; he has a crush on Naomi. Naomi, a mouse who enjoys reading, reciprocates his feelings. Achille, a boar and Jeff's close friend, can be somewhat boastful and resides in a wooden board house. Danny, a fox, is both a prankster and easily frightened. Gladys, a bear with a strong appetite, shares a love-hate relationship with Danny because she fears foxes. Martin and Zoe are twin rabbit siblings who always stay together and approach situations with caution. Old Oak is a Living Tree who instructs the children about the forest and the value of cooperation; he is Titan's father, originated from an oak struck by a shooting star, and from the sixth episode onward wears glasses. Titan, a Living Tree from a Cherry Tree, is Old Oak's son and friends with Jeff and the others. Ratasha and Rascal are rat siblings living in a dusty part of the forest in an outhouse, frequently causing trouble. Jeff's father Jack is the speaker and leader of village council meetings, while his mother Jenny works as a librarian. Naomi's parents Maggie and Boris are both doctors. Sophia is Naomi's older sister; Danny once had an unrequited crush on her. Achille's father Roger does carpentry and his mother Margery does sculpting; Achille has a baby sister named Lily. Danny's mother Meryl is a newscaster for the local Gazette, and his father Joe is a traveling actor; Danny has a baby brother named Didoo. Gladys's father Billy works as a baker and her mother Milly works in a grocery store. Zoe and Martin's father Jimmy is a gardener, and their mother Rose looks after the house and teaches the children in episode 6. Ratasha and Rascal's mother is impatient and bossy, while their father is indifferent and careless. Tanja is a squirrel who likes Jeff, making Naomi sad and jealous. Leon is a wolf who becomes lost from his parents during snow season; some adults accuse him of wanting to eat them despite his friendly nature. Basher, a deer appearing in episode 35, becomes friends with both Jeff and Danny after they fight over him.
