Characters

Spencer Wright, voiced by Olivier Podesta in French and Rasmus Hardiker in English, is the 14-year-old protagonist and a budding filmmaker who makes amateur films, often horror-themed. He wears a blue guitar pick necklace that belonged to Billy Joe Cobra to see him. As a newcomer to Beverly Heights who is not wealthy or trendy, Spencer has enemies such as Principal Ponzi, Lolo, and Kleet, but receives help from Billy and also protects Billy from foes like Madame X and Hoover. Billy Joe Cobra, voiced by Christophe Lemoine in French and Darren Foreman in English, is a mischievous ghost and Spencer's best friend and distant relative. Before his death, Billy was an extremely famous pop star who remains popular posthumously. He can only be seen or heard by someone wearing a personal item that belonged to him, such as Spencer's necklace. Billy's personality combines a bro-centric best friend with a narcissistic celebrity; his efforts to help Spencer often cause problems. He frequently describes his rock-star days, during which he was difficult to work with, trashed hotel rooms, and treated his crew poorly. Billy is temperamental when insulted and sings songs about self-love or extravagant lifestyles, such as "I'm Still in Love with Me" and "Big Yachts and Money."
