Where the Stars are Scattered Thinly is the fourth episode of the second season of the Apple TV+ series Foundation, first released on August 4, 2023. Bel Riose and Glawen Curr infiltrate Siwenna to meet the informant Ducem Barr, who tells them about the Foundation's advanced technology and then poisons himself to avoid capture. Poly Verisof, Brother Constant and Hober Mallow enter the Vault on Terminus and meet Hari Seldon, who instructs the clarics to attempt peace talks with the Empire and gives Mallow a different set of instructions. On Trantor, Queen Sareth and Brother Dawn question each other in the palace gardens, and Brother Dusk reminisces with Rue.
