Story
In 2022, three players—Sakuya, Tobias, and Mary—are immersed in the latest version of the massive online game "The World R:X," developed by Cyberconnect Corporation. During a quest, they find themselves in an unusual situation. Asumi Aida, a high school student from Aomori, controls Sakuya, a character modeled after Kite. Sakuya tends to say "Look before you jump" before rushing into risky spots and often picks up any item she finds.
Iori Ikuta, a classmate, plays Tobias, a pretty-boy informant based on Balmung. Tobias has a cool and nihilistic demeanor, while Iori herself prefers practical clothing over fashion. Eri Etou, another schoolmate, plays Mary, a character based on BlackRose. Mary’s wild Edge Punisher appearance contrasts with Eri’s serious nature, and she is frequently tricked into completing tasks.
