Taopaipai

Taopaipai, called Mercenary Tao or General Tao in English dubs, is a hired killer the Red Ribbon Army pays to get rid of Goku and take his Dragon Balls. He is the younger sibling of Master Shen, the Crane Hermit who is Master Roshi’s longtime foe. His custom pink gi has the kanji for “kill” on the front and “KILL YOU!” on the back. He slays General Blue using only his tongue, kills Bora with Bora’s own spear, and appears to finish off Goku before being caught in the blast of his own grenade. Later revealed to have survived as a cyborg, he is beaten by Tien Shinhan at the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournament.
