The label is home to Memphis hip-hop artists like Moneybagg Yo, Blac Youngsta, and GloRilla, plus 42 Dugg, EST Gee, and Mozzy.

It was first called Cocaine Muzik Group, a name meant to suggest how addictive the music was, but he changed it after a call with 50 Cent, who warned that the original name would scare people off. The label’s first release was Yo Gotti’s sixth album, I Am.
