Background
Julius Novachrono served as the 28th Wizard King of the Clover Kingdom. His predecessor, Conrad Leto, once commanded the respect of the people but unexpectedly turned against the kingdom. Julius subsequently sealed Conrad away. Conrad later resurfaced wielding the 'Imperial Sword,' seeking to destroy the Clover Kingdom and bring forth a new era where equality prevails by destroying all and reviving only those he considers deserving. Conrad used the power of the sword to revive three wizard kings of the past: Edward Avalaché, Princia Funnybunny, and Jester Garandaros, who shared his vision.
