Magic Knights Entrance Arc

The Magic Knights Entrance Arc is the first arc of Yuki Tabata's Black Clover, covering chapters 1-10 and anime episodes 1-13. At the Grimoire Acceptance Ceremony, Yuno receives a four-leaf clover grimoire while Asta gets none, until a five-leaf grimoire holding a huge sword appears to him when the thief Revchi Salik tries to steal Yuno's book. Six months later both take the Magic Knights Entrance Exam: every captain wants Yuno, who picks the Golden Dawn, while only Yami Sukehiro takes Asta, into the Black Bulls. The arc closes with Asta's first days in the squad, where he meets fellow newcomer Noelle Silva, and a first mission to Sosshi with Magna and Noelle against Heath Graice.
