Vilgaxia is the home planet of the warlord Vilgax and of his species, the Chimera Sui Generis. It is shown in Ben 10: Alien Force, where Vilgax has a citadel there.

In Alien Force Vilgax frees the Ectonurite Zs'Skayr from a containment facility in exchange for the secrets of the Omnitrix. Zs'Skayr betrays him, travels to Vilgaxia and turns the planet's population into his hive-mind Ectonurite minions. Vilgax leads Ben's team to the planet and into his citadel, where Zs'Skayr takes control of Ben's body; Vilgax weakens him long enough for Ben to win back control, which frees Vilgax's people. Vilgax himself was once exiled from his home world for his ruthlessness, cruelty and hunger for power.
