Lore & Background
Genshin Impact is a 2020 action role-playing game set in the fantasy world of Teyvat, home to seven nations each tied to a different element and ruled by gods called Archons. The story follows the Traveler, an interstellar adventurer separated from their twin sibling, who journeys across Teyvat with their guide Paimon.
In Their Own Story
The air hummed with a strange frequency as the void fractured, revealing not darkness, but the vibrant hues of Teyvat. A traveler stepped forward, their sabers igniting with the crackle of Electro energy and the warmth of Pyro flames. Blocks materialized in the rhythm of a distant song, each one pulsing with elemental power. With a fluid motion, the traveler sliced through the first note, sending sparks flying like constellations, proving that even across worlds, the beat remains universal.
