Lou
The cafe owner who served coffee to the past and present of Hill Valley.
Lou is a supporting character in the 1985 film Back to the Future, serving as the owner of a cafe located in Hill Valley. His cafe, Lou's Cafe, stands in the Hill Valley of 1955; in 1985 the same site is Lou's Fitness Aerobics Center. Played by actor Norman Alden, Lou runs an establishment where significant interactions occur between the protagonist Marty McFly and his parents' younger selves. While not a central figure in the time-travel mechanics, he provides a grounded setting for the film's emotional core.
