Neroon
Warrior-caste Minbari of the Star Riders clan who took Delenn's seat on the Grey Council.
via Wikipedia: Babylon 5 · see source
Neroon, played by John Vickery, is a recurring Minbari of the Warrior Caste from the Star Riders clan. He fought the humans in the Earth-Minbari War and became Alit (second in command) of a warship under Shai Alit Branmer, a Minbari of mixed religious and warrior parentage who had taken up the Warrior caste after what he saw as the humans' unprovoked killing of Dukhat.
Lore & Background
Neroon idolised Branmer but came to distrust both humans and the Religious Caste. After Branmer's death he toured Minbari space with the body, against Branmer's wish for a simple cremation with his ashes scattered over Minbar, and was ready to restart the war when the body went missing ("Legacies"). After Delenn's transformation in 2259 he replaced her on the Grey Council.
